Nord Lyon was conceived in 2019 by our founder, Richard, a native of Lyon, France who longed for authentic French cuisine in his new home, Toronto. He noticed a gap in the city's vibrant culinary scene - the authentic French patisserie and boulangerie that he had grown up with was missing. So, he set out on a mission to bring those cherished flavours to Toronto.

Assembling a team of top-notch chefs committed to quality and authenticity, Richard created Nord Lyon, where every baguette, éclair, and croissant is made with the finest ingredients, skill, and love. We are a culinary haven, upholding the traditions of French gastronomy and offering a diverse array of exquisite, halal-compliant French flavours.
